That was the beautiful feedback from one of the six women who joined me for a tapping (EFT) workshop this week.
Each woman arrived carrying something different – stress, sadness, burnout, emotional overload.
And each left noticeably softer, lighter, and more connected to herself.
These are the kind of sessions that light my soul on fire.
Every time I lead a workshop like this, I expand too. I grow. My nervous system gets its own subtle upgrade.
Because I don’t just teach EFT – I live it. I double (and sometimes triple!) down on my own tapping practice beforehand. I know I’m the emotional steward of the space, and I take that seriously – even if I approach most of life with a dash of silliness and a big scoop of soul.
