‘You haven’t got what it takes to get on stage. Your ideas are a joke!’ Actual quote from my Self-Doubt Bitch. She’s feeling a bit miffed because look at the evidence!👇👇👇
ICONIC.
HILARIOUS.
MIND-BLOWING.
RAW.
RELATABLE.
POIGNANT.
RAUNCY.
BRILLIANT.
MOVING.
EMOTIONAL.
All words from audience member’s mouths.
When I got on stage to perform my debut one-woman show, B!TCH ON THE MIC, it was only my 10th time on stage. What I lacked in experience I made up for in fearless authenticity. On stage my own inner critic shuts down and I’m embodied, real, unfiltered. I am an unapologetic truth-teller with many a tale to tell.
I become all of the inner critic characters that exist in my brain (and of course, the audience members too). Some of these characters are ridiculous – physical comedy galore. Some have depth and move the audience to tears…permission to be a messy human electrifies the room.
As this show was created and delivered by a late-diagnosed ADHD brain, the pace is fast and dirty laundry is aired shamelessly. The Brighton Theatre reviewer said that I kept the ‘audience on the edge of their seats’, adding ‘more shows like this please!’
Why did I create a show that’s so untamed and audacious? Because I believe it’s possible for women to live lives with more mental and emotional freedom – they just need to witness the lived example. When we see someone else doing something wild, we feel the pull.
This show is a call to arms for every woman who has ever felt punished by her own thoughts, to finally stop giving a fuck and take centre stage of her own life.
B!TCH ON THE MIC is an invitation to whole-heartedly celebrate the woman you see in the mirror, just as she is.

…explores what becomes possible when we alchemise our shame into power, creativity and self-expression.
In these playful but profound workshops, I invite women to shed the shame that has held them back and step into their fullest, fiercest, most magnificent potential. For me, alchemising shame led to creating a one-woman show. For others, their transformation will look entirely different , as the journey is deeply personal. A new career. A new relationship — or the ending of one. Writing a book. Finally speaking their truth. Or perhaps something as life-changing as simply not hating the woman they see in the mirror.
This is ‘debitching’ live in action. A verb which means to raise awareness and transform your relationship with your inner dialog
The process feels liberating AF – and every woman who joins will feel the power of inner revolution.
