We carry excess baggage, have stacks of limiting beliefs and layers of deep programming and social conditioning in our brains because of where and how we grew up. Coaching helps you unpack and identify the root cause of these issues so that you’re able to see where you’re going, get away from the noise and feel like you’re on the right track.
As humans we get stuck in our own little worlds with our blinkers on, and it’s not until someone holds up a mirror, or points at a different window to look through, that you realise, oh f*ck, I never saw it like that before. And thus begins the process of breaking down your unhelpful belief that you’re not good enough.
When I work with you I am utterly present, holding the space, helping you to gain insight and clarity. Coaching is a partnership, and like so many things in this world, you get what you give. So how will you show up to our sessions, and how will you show up for yourself?
